2025 Fixture Update

AFL Cairns has been in discussion with the Manunda Hawks regarding the withdrawal of their women’s team for the 2025 season.

While we acknowledge the club’s decision, it does not align with AFL Cairns’ broader vision for parity and opportunity across all clubs.

We are currently working on a revised fixture, which will be released in the coming days.

AFL Cairns remains committed to working with all stakeholders to support the Manunda Hawks in returning to the Women’s competition in 2026.
