FULL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
AFLC Football Operations Administration Manager 2017
AFL Cairns has a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our small team in the position of Football Operations Manager.
The position requires the management of the football operations of AFL Cairns and AFL Cairns Women’s as well as the oversight of AFL Cairns Juniors.
Key performance indicators include;
High level of oral and written communication skills,
Clear and concise communicator,
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of AFL football,
Experience in the planning, management and delivery of successful programs within successful organisations,
Ability to create proactive, innovative opportunities,
Capability to work within a small, dynamic team.
