Entry to the Stadium is via one entry point:

1. Tills St Ticket Box

 Cazalys Stadium Maps are available at www.aflcairns.com.au or below to identify your best entry gate.

Getting to and from Cazalys Stadium

Taxis – At the conclusion of the match, Taxi Cabs will be available from the Tills Street and Cazalys Social Club taxi ranks.

Public Transport – No scheduled bus service operates to the venue. Plan your transport in advance.

Parking – There is limited parking available within close proximity to Cazalys Stadium. Please respect businesses and residents living close to the Stadium and obey traffic signs at all times.

Road Closure – Patrons are advised Tills Street will be closed between Earl and Mann Streets on the event day. Traffic cones will be in place from 16:00. No parking is permitted in this area. The closure operates one-way with no U-turns. A Taxi zone will be in operation – no private vehicles stopping. A Taxi Zone for pick-up and drop-off is located within the closure area. Emergency Services have full access at all times.

On arrival at Cazalys Stadium

Please have your e-ticket ready for scanning into the venue on your arrival at Cazalys Stadium.

Home printed paper tickets are acceptable. Please have this ready for scanning at the Entry Gate.

Bag and Bag Checks – Do not bring bags larger than an A4 piece of paper. Bag searches will take place at the gates, which will slow your entry as there is generally queuing for bag checks. We encourage all patrons not to bring bags to Cazalys Stadium unless essential.

Cloaking – Please note there is no cloaking facility available at Cazalys Stadium and precluded items will not be stored for patrons during the event.

Pass out –No pass outs are permitted. You must scan the tickets

Smoking – Smoking and vaping inside Cazalys Stadium may only be in specifically designated outdoor areas near venue entrances. Patrons may be evicted from the stadium for smoking or vaping in non-designated areas.

Merchandise – Merchandise will be available in the Plaza. EFTPOS facilities only – no cash.

ATMs & Phones – This Event is a cashless event. All payments must be made with EFTPOS. Public phones are located inside Cazalys Social Club Foyer. No cash out facilities are available.

First Aid – First Aid will be available by Category 5 personnel. First Aid stations will also be located near the food vendors – or ask security if you need first aid assistance.

Dry Areas – Look for the dry area signage in your zone.

Chairs – Picnic Blankets – Umbrellas

No chairs are permitted.

Picnic blankets are allowed for patrons in the General Admission sections.

Umbrellas are acceptable. Please be mindful of people around you if using your umbrella.

Cazalys Stadium Conditions of Entry

1. Entry & Admission Guidelines

• Entry is subject to compliance with these conditions and any directions from stadium staff or AFL Cairns representatives.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict patrons for: breaching venue policies; intoxication, disruptive or offensive behaviour; or refusal to undergo security screening or bag checks.
• Patrons enter at their own risk. Cazalys Stadium and AFL Cairns are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• CCTV surveillance is active throughout the venue.
• Unauthorised access to restricted areas or the playing field is prohibited and may result in prosecution.
• Personal screening, including metal detection, may be conducted.
• Patrons must comply with any applicable public health directives.
• Seats retract automatically; please check your seat before sitting.
• Unauthorised drone use over or near the stadium is prohibited under CASA regulations.
• Pass-outs may not be permitted during certain events – please check prior to exiting.

2. Smoking & Vaping

• Cazalys Stadium is a non-smoking and non-vaping venue.
• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas located near venue entrances.
• Patrons found smoking or vaping outside these areas may be asked to relocate or may face eviction in accordance with venue policy.

3. Cashless Venue

• Cazalys Stadium operates as a cashless venue for all AFL Cairns finals and major events. All transactions for food and beverages must be made using contactless payment methods. Patrons are encouraged to plan ahead and ensure they have suitable payment options available.

4. Patron Conduct & Behaviour

• All patrons must treat others with respect and courtesy.
• Discriminatory, aggressive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in eviction or referral to authorities.
• Patrons must follow instructions from staff at all times.

5. Permitted Items

• Sealed plastic bottled water or empty reusable bottles (refill stations available).
• Homemade food in non-commercial packaging.
• Small umbrellas (must remain closed in seating areas).
• Picnic rugs, cooler bags, or eskies that fit under seats. 

6. Prohibited Items

• Alcohol or alcohol containers.
• Open drink containers or reusable bottles containing liquid.
• Commercial food or beverages, cans, glass containers, aerosol cans.
• Musical instruments, whistles, air horns, or other noisemakers.
• Torn paper, confetti, fireworks, flares, laser lights.
• Folding chairs, bulky items, flags with poles exceeding 1.6 metres.
• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles.
• Audio/video recording equipment (unless approved for Auskick or Little League).
• Offensive, political, or commercial signage or banners.
• Any item or behaviour deemed by management to pose a risk or nuisance.
• Animals are not permitted within the stadium, except for accredited assistance animals in accordance with applicable legislation and venue policy. Discretion of management for animal related events.

7. Event Specific Conditions

• Patrons are responsible for reviewing the specific entry conditions provided by the event organiser prior to attending. Refer to the organiser’s official website or ticketing platform.
• Compliance with both the stadium’s general conditions and any event-specific requirements is mandatory for entry and continued attendance.

8. Accessibility & Disability Access

• Accessible seating areas are available and should be requested at the time of ticket purchase.
• Accessible toilets and pathways are available at the stadium.
• Assistance animals are welcome in accordance with legislation and venue policy.

What time will the gates open? 4.30pm Tills Street gate will open 

Can I bring my own seating into Cazalys Stadium? No, folding chairs are not permitted. Picnic blankets allowed. 

Are there seats on Tills Street Hill? Two rows of seats on the outer fence are available on a ‘first in’ basis. 

Can I bring a bag into Cazalys Stadium? No bigger than an A4 sized piece of paper. However, bag searches will take place at the gates, which will slow your entry as there is generally queuing for bag checks. We encourage all patrons not to bring bags to Cazalys Stadium unless essential.
