The Preseason Cup Competition will see two (2) Pools of four (4) teams, now being referenced as ‘Conferences’ based on your Clubs geographical positions within the AFL Cairns Competition, as opposed to randomly selected in previous years.
Each Club will play two (2) games, with each game bring 2 x 20 minute halves, with a 10 minute Half-Time Break. The winner of each ‘conference’ will proceed to the XXXX Gold Preseason Cup Grand Final, which will be held later that afternoon at Cazalys Stadium.
AFL Cairns 2017 Preseason Cup Competition (Conference Games & Grand Final) will be played on Saturday, 11th March 2017, including the Twilight Grand Final.
